We offer a full refund of purchase price if not entirely satisfied providing that items are returned clean and unused. We regret that we cannot cover the return postage costs, so please ask any questions you have before purchasing. (Please try rugs on over sheet). Accidental damage is not covered by our refund policy, especially with rugs. .

We try and keep the Jodshop website up to date with our current stock, but due to sales of popular items cannot always guarantee ex stock delivery. Should this happen, we will notify you by email or phone, and offer an alternative product, an expected delivery date or a full refund. Goods made in the UK (such as coloured jodhpurs) do have a longer delivery time to us as they are made to order.
